The White Barn Inn & Spa was constructed from the original boarding house built in Kennebunkport, Maine in 1820. It opened in its current form in 1973. The 25-room inn has a AAA Four Diamond lodging rating and is a member of the prestigious Relais & Chateaux, Relais Gourmand.
Dining: The only AAA Five Diamond, Mobil 5 Star restaurant northeast of New York is located at the inn. Contemporary New England and Maine cuisine are served with a European flair. The menu changes weekly, highlighting seafood as well as native game and poultry.
Spa: Spa and skincare products are from the Thalgo and Sonya Dakar line. Thalgo treatments draw their richness and efficiency from the marine universe; skin care products from Sonya Dakar refine the skin's texture, sooth irritation and combat aging.
Deluxe Touch: Book the Loft Suite, which is adjacent to the main house. It has a private entrance, with a fireplace and oversized marble bath with separate steam shower and two person whirlpool. A private deck overlooks the inn's grounds.
